Are the Products Chemicals?

Yes, if we get technical they are. Once you blend water (H2O) a chemical on its own and coconut or rock salts you have a chemical compound.  We pledge not to use any dangerous chemicals in our products.   At times our formulas are updated with more efficient, natural ingredients that have a lesser effect on you the user, and the environment.

How are the products more user and environmentally sensitive?

There are no petrochemicals, in any of our products. We list ingredients on the labels! All products are biodegradable, septic and sewerage safe, concentrated and economical!

In plain everyday language what do the products contain?

All products in the enviroClean, enviroCare and enviroPet ranges are based on natural ingredients. Distilled water (de-ionised) is added to two main bases. Vegetable extracts and Minerals.

VEGETABLE ...  Coconut oil, coconut husk, olive oil, sunflower oil, apricot kernel oil, lecithin from soya, guar gum, pith from lemons and grapefruits, turnip concentrate, mint, lemon, soda (made from grain extracts), sugar, sugar-cane, vegetable glycerin, vegetable dyes and various essential oils.

MINERALS ...  Rock salts eg: crushed and powdered minerals such as potassium to form alkaline salts, ammonium chloride and benzoin, a natural preservative.

In some products both vegetable extracts and rock salts are combined and give powerful results.

What's coming to the range of enviroCare Earth?

envirocare Earth is happy to announce that we will be introducing a new  natural Hand Sanitiser that is ALCOHOL, BENZALKONIUM & CHLORIDE FREE. We are in the process of having tests completed for Hospital Grade hand Sanitiser with test organisms pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli and also Listeria. 2011 will see the release of this wonderful new product that you can take in your car or handbag in the 50ml size, have the 500ml or 1 litre size in your home or work place, all without the harsh and harmful presence of alcohol or chemicals such as benzlkonium and chloride. The active ingredient is Citrus Pulp extract and well documented as a natural sanitiser.

 We will be introducing an enviroCare Earth Anti-Dandruff shampoo, a new enviroCare Earth Treated/Dry Hair shampoo without any Palm oil products in it. This takes many hours of research as nearly all hair care products have palm oil in them as it is a cheap and effective ingredient. We appreciate the stance of animal welfare and longevity and as such are endevouring to eliminate palm oil from all of our products. This in fact causes some increase in ingredients costs due to the avaialbilty of alternative replacements to palm oil.  enviroCare Earth moisturiser will also be modified to accomodate a new biocide which again is new to the market and we are working on the research for this at present.

Did you know that only 5% of palm oil is used in chemical manufacture industry and 95% in the food industry?

Why do we use technical names on our labels?

  1. The Products have technical names on the labels to ensure the correct information is available to medical staff in the case of an accident (such as a child swallowing a concentrated product.
  2. The Health Department of Western Australia was consulted when labels were first being compiled. They suggested we list ingredients to conform to medical and chemical standards.

I also give the product range a big tick of approval because it is affordable, economical, environmentally-friendly & 100% recyclable. 

I am going to pass the word around about your excellent product range.

So I ask myself: Why isn't envirocare available at the supermarkets?

Hi,

I just want to congratulate you on producing some brilliant products! For many years we enjoyed using, in particular, the Sensitive Hair & Body Wash, and of late we have also particularly enjoyed using the Dishwasher Powder. It’s brilliant!! It actually works, and it’s affordable.

The problem is that we have recently been finding it almost impossible to find a stockist for these products. We are located at Newcastle, in NSW. Is there a stockist near us?
Since being unable to purchase your products, my children have broken out in terrible excema. I’m assuming that this is from using alternative “natural” products that are lovely, but which contain fragrances etc, that my children must obviously react to. The reason why I’m putting their excema down to the change of product is because of the timing, and also because out of 4 children the only one who HASN’T developed excema is the only child that doesn’t soak in a bath! The new products are lovely, but we really miss the Sensitive Hair & Body Wash. And as for not being able to purchase the Dishwasher Powder, now our dishes are often coming out of the dishwasher dirty, compared to the brilliant results we were getting from your product.

Looking forward to finding out how we can purchase your products locally.

was having a look at your website tonight ,but as it's under construction I thought I'd contact you through my email address, so I hope this gets to you.

This letter and thank you has been about 4yrs in the making, I figure though that you deserve some feed back.
As I said about 4 possibly 5yrs ago I went in desperation, (after trying other so called organic products), to Go Vita a health food store at Fairfield Forum in NSW.

For the previous 10yrs I had, had a rash on the nape of my neck at my hair line and then developed about 5yrs after that, a long rash about 10cm x 2cm on the back of my scalp running down almost to the other rash.

Both rashes were more scaly rather than rash like really and it seemed nothing would work.

A male shop assistant asked if I had wanted help and I explained the situation. He told me he used your product 'envirocare'. He also said that it had gotten rid of the pimples he was getting on his back, something that I had also been suffering from for the previous few years, which seemed to occur every winter? I was then in my early 30's and had not had many pimples in my teens, so it frustrated me all the more, (hormones I guess).

So I used your product and have recommended it to friends for themselves and their kids ever since.

My scaly rashes disappeared (about 2-4wks later) and my skin and hair have never been better.
If I dare use anything else it comes back and I think I've worked out It's sodium laureth sulfate that's the problem.

So a big thank you to you and your employees who produce such a great product and it's just a bonus that it's Aussie made and owned!

Hi i thought I would write and let you know how great I think your products are

I have been using your products for 8 years. I have a 14 year old toy poodle who didn't like being bathed until I started using Pet Coat.

also the bubble bath seems to releive all aches and pains. Vigor is the best cleaner that is safe I have found on the market.
