Many choose to unwind after a stressful day at work by exercising, reading a book or relaxing on the couch, others start cleaning their home. Why is that? Studies have shown that there are positive mental health benefits to decluttering your house and cleaning. Such as, gaining a sense of control and satisfaction, calming your mind whilst being engaged in an activity, reducing tension and stress, and by creating a more calm and enjoyable environment.

Tips for Spring Cleaning for Wellbeing

1. Declutter your home one section at a time.

Find a room and choose a section to declutter such as cupboards, wardrobes or shelves. Don’t just stack your magazines into piles or hide unworn clothes under your bed, sort through them! Get rid of things that no longer serve you to make room for things that gives you fulfilment. As Marie Kondo would say "does this spark joy?"

Tossing out clutter, old items, and stuff that hasn’t been used for years frees up space mentally & physically and often makes us feel liberated!

2. Find a designated home for all your belongings

Although it might be tempting to toss your items on the bed, table or floor, get into the habit of placing them in their rightful home. After a while, this habit will form and you won't have to consciously exert mental energy to do so. We also suggest keeping only the essentials on your bedside table. This promotes a great sense of relation aiding in more restful sleep.

3. Embrace cleaning

Destress and be in the moment while cleaning. Incorporate mindfulness strategies like breathing and meditation. Forget about your worries and just focus on the moment.

Alternatively, crank up the tunes and turn your cleaning into a party. We all know how music and dancing can instantly make give you those feel good vibes.

Omicron Logistics Status Update | 12th Jan 22

The rapid spread of the Omicron variant has further impacted the logistics industry. This includes many courier drivers, warehouse staff, forklift drivers, container unpack crews and administrators.

Due to the widespread impact of Omicron infections, our partnered carriers across the network are experiencing both a surge in parcel deliveries and major disruptions to their delivery services. With a significant number of people in self-isolation in accordance with state regulations and public health orders, delivery delays are expected across the network due to driver shortages, depots experiencing temporary closures and/or operating with significantly reduced staff.

This has also created some lags in tracking details being updated on carrier websites.

Please allow (at least) an extra 14 business days on top of your estimated date for arrival.

Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
