How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days unless there are extraordinary circumstances where this time may be slightly longer or where this falls on a public holiday. Depending on delivery destination our couriers aim to deliver within 14 business days.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, however the following criteria applies:

Returns T&C's

A) The product has not been opened

B) Within 7 days of receiving the goods

C) Return shipping at your own cost

Once your item is received we will refund it within 7 business days using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.

What if my order is damaged/faulty?

If there is a problem when receiving your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. To enable the Customer Service team to efficiently address your enquiry, please provide your order number, full name and contact details.

Products should be photographed in the original packaging, also showing the batch number for traceability.

Refunds for change of mind

We understand that every customer has different likes, dislikes, and expectations of our products. Sometimes you might not like a particular product so we advise that as a first time user; purchase our smallest bottle size and do a test to see if you like it. Then if you do like it order the larger sizes to save money!

Please understand that we cannot provide refunds, exchanges or returns if you simply don’t like the product after opening.

Logistics Status & Pricing Update | 8th Feb 2022

Further to the previous logistics update, the spread of omicron variant continues to play havoc with many courier drivers, warehouse staff, forklift drivers, container unpack crews and administrators across the country.

To make logistics even more difficulty the East-West rail line is closed due to significant flooding including to both the Eyre and Stuart Highways, South Australia.

Please allow (at least) an extra 14 business days on top of your estimated date for arrival.

envirocare earth has always worked our best to minimise delivery costs but as a result of the ongoing issues affecting logistics all online orders will now attract a delivery charge.

FLAT RATES -  WA $15.00, INTERSTATE $20.00.

We encourage you to order in bulk; saving on product, delivery and helping the environment.

Omicron Logistics Status Update | 12th Jan 22

The rapid spread of the Omicron variant has further impacted the logistics industry. This includes many courier drivers, warehouse staff, forklift drivers, container unpack crews and administrators.

Due to the widespread impact of Omicron infections, our partnered carriers across the network are experiencing both a surge in parcel deliveries and major disruptions to their delivery services. With a significant number of people in self-isolation in accordance with state regulations and public health orders, delivery delays are expected across the network due to driver shortages, depots experiencing temporary closures and/or operating with significantly reduced staff.

This has also created some lags in tracking details being updated on carrier websites.

Please allow (at least) an extra 14 business days on top of your estimated date for arrival.
