How long will delivery take?
Orders are processes and dispatched within 36 hours unless there are extraordinary circumstances where this time may be slightly longer or where this falls on a public holiday. Depending on delivery destination our couriers aim to deliver within 12 days.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
The parcel will be left in a secure location if possible. If there is no secure location to leave the parcel, usually a card will be left for you to collect from the nearest depot or arrange a preferred time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your products. If you don’t, that’s ok – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product free of charge, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used less than 20% of the product, we’ll only offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 20% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us – we’ll always try to help you if we can.
How do I return an order?
Please contact us and our Customer Service team will provide you with details on how to return your order. When making this enquiry, we require your order number, full name and contact details.
When can I expect my refund or exchange?
Please allow 3-10 business days for your exchanged products to arrive or 7-10 business days for your funds to be visible in your account.
What if my order was wrong or the product is damaged/faulty?
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.
If there is a problem when receiving your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. To enable the Customer Service team to efficiently address your enquiry, please provide your order number, full name and contact details.
Products should be photographed in the original packaging, also showing the batch number for traceability.
This will assist us giving you with the appropriate refund or replacement.
